Now now, lets not place judgement as yet. Remember one night when a 135i dct with ppk , m performance exhaust and bj4, was out run off the line by a stock 6mt m135i:roflol::tease:

It's important to compare the results done by Car and Driver to other tests done by the Car and Driver

e.g. test for the N54 135i shows a 0.4sec improvement by the 235i.

C/D TEST RESULTS for the 2008 135i N54:

Zero to 60 mph: 4.7 sec
Zero to 100 mph: 11.5 sec
Zero to 140 mph: 25.6 sec
Street start, 5–60 mph: 5.5 sec
Standing ¼-mile: 13.3 sec @ 106 mph
Top speed (governor limited): 143 mph
Braking, 70–0 mph: 157 ft
Roadholding, 328-ft-dia skidpad: 0.89 g
