Its very difficult to find a medium case e36 LSD. I was reading Gizmo's Diff thread and learned that an E30 LSD will swap into the e36 diff housing...that was some time ago, then recently, i just stumbled across this e30 LSD and decided to buy it and put together my own LSD. So, my advice to your buddy would be to look out for a Good e30 LSD and swap or have someone swap the internals.:thumbs:
