lower charge pip bmw n54

how common is it for this lower charge pipe to crack ? is there an alt retrofit pipe that can work in place of this pipe .
oem charge pipe and oem intercooler .

this is not a common part to break but that one is abit restrictive when you start modding.
I had one made up for me when i did my intercooler.
