Simple rule I always advice, if you want to keep your motorplan, then dont mod your car.
Unless its BMW approved (take lubrication with)

how do guys get away with mods with new BMW's, so they all giving up on there motorplans then, makes no sense to me ..., unless you plug and play!!

It's fairly simple really. If you want motor plan then don't mod unless you prepared to remove all the mods when you send your car for services. A dealership may turn a blind eye but this may only happen if you have a very good relationship with this dealership

If your REALLY have to fit a cone, Plz have it done properly.
Its probably just gonna suck hot air and bog the car down if you just "bolt" it on.

Do not fit a cone filter to a BMW :nonono:


If you want a car to mod, buy one out of motorplan. You can void the motorplan even if you remove the mods and the dealer can prove the car was worked on. One scratch with a screwdriver... And you're screwed.
