Looking for a preferred BMW dealer in DBN

Howsit guys, got a buddy who moved to KZN space recently. he wants to acquire a 335i Coupe, he wants advice on which dealer would be best to deal with and if so, which salesman etc etc

I have dealt with most dealerships here over the years and some dealers are better for servicing than sales like Forsdicks in Pinetown. Stephen is very good at diagnosis etc. Their salesmen are useless however and not willing to negotiate etc.
For sales I'd suggest Ballito Autohaus, Salesman - Kuben.
The dealerships further out are more open to negotiating, sweetening the deal etc.

I'd always advise to buy and service at the same dealership, if it's possibe. For youe mate I suggest Nic Baggs is Sales at Forsdicks Pinetown, Service Rutesh / Jason and Dixon in spares all top blokes.

Depends on mods. Cosmetic should not be a problem for any dealership. Other mods will be problematic. Dealers are wary of Mplan reps that pitch up unexpectedly and inspect cars so I doubt dealers would be willing to risk their franchise reputation on turning a blind eye to a heavily modified car.

+1 on Forsdicks, Stephen, Rutesh and Donovan, all legends:thumbs:

Their salesman are useless barring Logan, I deal with Logan on sales and never had any problems, got my M3 through Kuben at Ballito, another nice guy to work with:thumbs:

Logan from pinetown is a good family friend and gets my family all our cars, he is a bit old now lol(been there from forever),

+100000 I get preferential treatment at Forsdicks, which is nice, bought my last 2 cars there and serviced with them, but my Old man's been buying from them since 2001 so that was a bonus

I get excellent service from Forsdicks Pinetown , They really are the best iv come across when servicing either of my bmws Reha, Donovan and that service manager lady are always willing to help in whatever way they can.

For Parts I used SMG Durban , Cant fault ameer , his the best parts guy that I know, Also always willing to help , No matter how long it takes he will help you out and find or order the exact part you need.

Buying , Supertech ,Waleed/Ubaid I know some people dont like that dealership but really , nobody has yet beaten their prices on our cars , very negotiable and helpful.

His right about building up a relationship , you must , you will get excellent service .
