Loading pics

I am really struggling to load pics on my phone or iPad, everyone I go to add picture to post it takes me to another site then doesn't actually let me browse my folders to get pics to load.

Anybody know why or could describe how to do it pribably? Or do I need to use a windows based devise?

Are you using the Tapatalk app on your iPad and phone?

The forum is looking for a root directory, as apple smart devices (iphone ipad) and many other smart phones they do not have the filing structure as would a linux,mac or windows pc. The introduction of tapatalk "fools" the process and then allows browsing the smart devices memory.
