Guys! I was holding on to the last minute hoping to make this meet, but I can't. Material for Carport has arrived, so thats what I'm gonna be busy with. Would have been nice to put faces to the names and meetup anol.
Paradise valley is a cool place. please remember to to wear a good pair of shoes (not aunties sapaats) if you gonna take advantage of the hiking trails. There are braai facilities. For those fussy pots carry foil. There used to be an entrance charge (nice to filter out the riff-raffs), don't know if there still is nor the amount. There was also a Lapa but I think that needs to be booked in advance. Theres also a coffee shop/resturant as well as a conference centre.
Be sure to carry a good camera for the scenic pics, especially at the waterfall.
For those that do know where Paradise Valley is heres some Directions: 1)Travel on the N3 towards Pmb from Dbn. 2) After the Pavillion take the next offramp marked M13 (alternate orute to the Toll road) (The bridge you travel on just before the off ramp is built over the Paradise Valley nature reserve). 3) Once you join the M13 keep left and take the 1st offramp marked Stapleton. 4) As you travel on the right angle offramp you will approuch a T-junction. Turn left here and follow the boards sign to the Blood Bank. 5) Paradise Valley is situated a short distance after the Blood Bank at the end of the same road.

Ya but I dont think parking will be a problem at Mcdonalds. We will just double park behind each other. Buy the security gaurd a burger and we sorted
Would it just be better to just move the meeting place to the Cresent?
Keep in mind when we meet at Engine in Pav there isnt much parking either.
