I'd just like to add, that those who are voting for particular dates need to be available and actually attend.

Thus the 27th is ruling at the moment. It would be appreciated if all 12 people whose names are on that voting list make the effort to attend.

A lot of planning and work goes on behind the scenes so we love it when attendance is high as this makes all the effort worthwhile.
