How does your insurance work for track days?
Do you pay for extra cover on the specific day or is there no way of getting any cover at all?

I am sure someone here would be able to answer this properly, but I think they make full advantage of the risk factor so budget for a large extra premium, and lots of fine print and limitations. This is why the whole concept of getting an old not so clean car and turning it into a track toy exists of course. Also, personally I think our non ///M cars (as in normal brakes and so on) is not really best suited for a track, and Killarney is known to be heavy on brakes!

But, hopefully members with more experience will be able to explain more!
