The 135 should be allowed, as long as it does not run under 12sec...
From what i hear the S2S is meant to curb street racing...theres no timing etc...just line up and move (like what u get at backstretch)
The track is also not a fully fledged race track hence the restriction of faster cars and possibly not enough braking distance to stop a 1000hp monster
Theres alot of other exclusions like no race tyres, semis,hoosiers etc street tyres only and no special fuels allowed like E85/95 , witches brew, avgas etc
A helmet and MSA licence is required
