Is EDC just a gimmick on the e92 M3

I dont have it on mine but drove one with it on and not felt the difference, but I notice the M3 GTS & CRT haven't got it so do we think its really worth the extra outlay if you were buying new or surely if it was that good wouldn't the high end M3's have it?

It really works. Big difference from comfort to sport. Sport is also noticeably harder than a car without EDC.

It's not offered on the track focused cars because it was to give the everyday driver more options , like a more comfortable drive for when cruising to work and sport when you want to attack the twisties

I feel the difference ony 335. But i seldom use the sport button...maybe when roads are wet...or for track use

I felt the difference between normal and sport.... And this was on a test drive, playing with it :rollsmile:

On our terrible roads you do notice the difference. Straight line highway cruising doesn't make much of a difference.
