iPod wiring in 2002 E46

How to do? I have an E46 2002, Satnav sound system, I want my iPod to work, where do I get the kit to make this work?

The OEM kit replaces the CD shuttle. I assume it replaces the same wiring behind the head unit as the shuttle.

That looks very simple, and at that price very good. Available in SA or must I import? I am happy if I need to lose the CD shuttle, maybe I should strip it out and check the plugs at the back. If the iPod must live in the centre console and be controlled from the iPod I'm also happy, doesn't need to be controlled from the head unit or steering wheel.

You'll need to purchase on their website, delivery was around 12 days for the std delivery.
Just confirm whether you have the plug behind the head unit in front, i think this was updated in late 2002 but could be mistaken. If you have the plug in front then you get to keep the shuttle and have AUX input as well.

Ordered and paid for, I have a mate coming out from the UK shortly, sent it to his address, will have it shortly. At that price it will be great, a local quote I got was over R1500.00, this cable all in all is about R150.00
