Introduction: My 1st Post

Hi all..
I'm from Port Elizabeth, we (a friend and I) recently acquired an E90 330i which has some issues. We have plans of turning it into a track car.
So in short I came here to snoop in the technical section.

I took these photo's on Thursday before the car was moved from the storage yard. It's a 2007 model with 146k km on the clock. Someone helped themselves to the headlight washed jet covers, the clear coat on the bootlid is peeling and the headlights need a polish.. but then again, the cosmetic work is least of our problems.

Parked safely in the corner.. Looks better from far, haha.

Hi All,

No Idea if this is the correct place lol. But I need some help/info please.
I took my 320D E90 to ZF today so they can have a look at why my gearbox is
slipping(well it feels like its slipping).

They informed me that my A end E clutch plates(I think that's what he said) are bust, sorry I cant explain in further detail.

Bottom line is he gave my 3 options. of with the cheapest one is R26K to fix it.

Now I don't afford that right now, so my question is. Do I have any other option or is there some place else that I can take it?

Help would really be appreciated.
