Insurance valuation

So with the E60 M5 now fully sorted I’m looking for better insurance options. My current insurance only covers book +15%.
I’d like to insure the car for something closer to R300k.
Where can I get valuations for the car and any suggestions on companies that would insure based on valuations?

You can join BMW Car Club Gauteng and ask them to assist with a valuation certificate, seeing as though it's an M car. They will evaluate based on condition, etc and give you a certificate. Pretty sure R300k is well within the ball park, possibly even a bit more..

Most reputable insurers would accept this valuation certificate, I've gone this route with my M3. BMWCCG have an arrangement with Les Michaelis Insurance Brokers for preferential insurance rates, Brett is a great guy. I am however currently with Santam, through my broker.
