Individual throttle bodies (ITB's)

I am guessing with the proper ITB's and adapter plate anything is possible, but you will have to have lots of other modifications for this to have any proper effect on the performance of the engine.
Personally I would love to have ITB on my 330i's engine, but in my case I would probably need the ITB's off the S54 and I doubt whether they would fit.

I hear a 330i with the right throttle bodies,will kill M3's.

But on my 535i I will be able to do the old school mods,like hotter cams,gas-flowed head,exhaust branch...that's all..ibecause its motronic I can't chip it

I am guessing I would need to do a lot of work on my engine before I am going to go about killing M3's 
I am thinking you best bet in terms of ITB's would probably be to look at those that came off any of the 6-cyl M engines that where around during the same era like the engines in the e28 or e34 M5, but you will probably have to look at getting the complete intake system from one of those car maybe also the fuelling system. Then you would probably need to have an adapter plate made to be able to fit the ITB's as the ports on M engines are usually very different from the normal engines, so it will probably turn out to be a very expensive exercise, but will it be worth it? I think so.

The standard car is fast enough for me.. Just thought of giving it a bit of an edge..

Throttle bodies won't make that much difference to a 330i. It will definitely mean less low end torque, and little bit more top end horses(5-15hp), but you will most likely lose 400m time... Intake manifold design is very complex, and you tune it to the rpm range in which you want to make power, so unless you can make your 330i rev higher (which you can't really do with hydraulic lifters) you don't stand to gain much in real life.
The difference between the M54 and S54 is quite a lot, but most of the power gains come out of the head... The ITB's are a supporting act, brought on by changes in the engine itself.

How the hell will it beat an M3?
Also, throttles by itself will do almost nothing to the performance, as has been proven multiple times by e30 owners with the M20 engine
