This is really a work of art, as quick as am M5 I think, and super luxurious,

Otherwise, cream seats with the existing carpets and trim.

But being an "individual", im sure theres like a 100 different ways to spec and colour combos on this car.

Because it's not an M7. It's in the league of the X5 M50d or similar. Extra power, but not M-Power. Obviously just a branding thing to justify the base price of R2.8m here.
