Hybrid mail from post office

I received a note to pick up something from the post office. The problem is that the form requires one to fill out your id or passport and i am reluctant to do so if it is an e-toll account of some sort:rollsmile:

The only thing i noticed that could help to recognise it is the return address which is Hybrid Mail, PO Box 7, witspos, 2003

it's probably for a speeding fine bru, i had the same, i did not fill it in, i just went to the post office and asked what it was for... the chick at the counter said speeding fine or summons..... so i told her to keep it and walked out with the hybrid page that came in the mail

I had the need to collect as i have 3 international parcels that are expected, waiting since the postal strike started therefore i asked, but didnt want to leave it in case it was one of my parcels.

Question is..., i thought the first notice of a fine had to happen within 30days of the incident?

This is SA dude.
Had to, and should have, and must have mean absolutely nothing this side of the equator.

Shouldnt have collected it, but I understand the parcels from overseas.
I am still expecting two parcels from the states since Aug 2014, the lady at the PO said they hadnt gotten anything from JIMS.

So to be sarcastic, i said, i guess i should give it another 2 months, she said maybe 3 or 4.
