I don't think it would even be possible to fit a turbo that big to the standard M3 engine, just because of space restrictions, but that is no reason to put a toyota engine in a beemer

aah, you okes :) ... as long as the okes having fun hey .. I'd use a 2JZ or 1JZ in other cars, those motors are so well engineered, they can take CRAP loads of power, even from stock.
its just cheaper, so I'd say cool..

but you can make the beemer engines pretty strong tho, I've seen a 1200bhp E36 M3 dragster do a 1/4 mile in like 7 seconds ...
