Help needed

Hi guys,

Sorry I know this is the wrong section but I need a quick response.

My e46 has some electronics problems I'm not sure if they are related but for the last few days I would get a warning light for my headlights and it would change from rear to front. Even though there was no light out. (This is now gone and no warning lights show).

Then my main problem which I dont know if its related my windscreen wipers. When i put them on they pull down past the windscreen and then just stop could this be the relay? I'm leaving to cape town tomorrow and dont want to get caught in the rain.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

First thing I would do is check all the fuses, reseat all the relevant ones. then check the wiper mechanism, sounds almost like it is stripped or has come lose. Maybe the wiper motor is dodge, what happens if you lift the blades off the windscreen and then try wipe, do they move? Do you hear a strange sound when engaging the wipers? Good luck man.
