Help Needed Please

Hi guys. I just need some input from some of the more mechanically minded among us.

My F10 M5 is giving me endless issues. I've been troubleshooting for some time now and am not getting anywhere significant. A brief overview:

Car started misfiring badly about two months ago. Replaced coils and plugs and was fine for about a week then the misfire started again. Kept getting an error on diagnostics saying cylinder 6 injection shutdown blah blah, host of other issues relating to C6 but I believe this to be a red herring.

I replaced one of the injectors, recoded the flow rate to that on the injector, removed the fuel line and cleaned it out with compressed air, reassembled, still misfiring. I ran some tests with ISTA+ and I believe I MAY have found the culprit. I believe the HPFP on DME 2 (the passenger side) may have packed up. When I look at the values and compare them against DME 1 (the drive side) using DME diagnostics, I test the 405 Electric Fuel Pump Status , 406 Electric Fuel Pump Activation Signal, 407 Rail Pressure, and my values are the following:

DME 1 405 Value: Status On
DME 2 405 Value: Status On
DME 1 406 Value: 22.00 l/h
DME 2 406 Value: 0.00 l/h

Would this indicate to the keen mechanic that the pump on DME 2 is not flowing correctly? And therefore should be replaced? My next step is to swap the two pumps around and see if the same values occur.

Appreciate any input!

Cheers,
Morgan

So this morning I switched the pumps around and the fault didn't follow, it stayed on the passenger side (DME2), so now I'm thinking it may be the in tank pump that's the issue. Not sure if these cars have fuel filters or not
