Heat Shields/bonnet scoops

Howzit guys.

Anyone used heatshields or bonnet scoops?

I'm thinking about getting the below:

Not a fan of that but if you do buy it then just make sure its painted with a High Temperature Paint else it will fade very quickly.

If you look at any 07/08 Cooper S MINI's you will see the scoops are a bit melted and a different shade to the rest of the paint.

Its that or maybe an NM Titanium heatshield. Still deciding, but as with all this stuff, its farking pricey.
