Headlight Warning Light

E46. I got a warning light about my headlights, I changed one suspicious globe that was still working but didn't look good. The rest look great.

My problem is the damn warning light on the dash wont go off. Can any one help on this

Have you got LED lights?

Or a xenon kit perhaps?

Had a similar problem where all my lights were working, but got the lights out message. I replaced the WORKING park light globes with new ones and the problem went away. It seems these bulbs cause the problem as they get older even if they are still working. Btw, these cost about R5 each.

That small frikken bulb plagued me for about 3 weeks :cursin:

I kept randomly getting the bulb out warning message (on the right only) almost every day, yet all the bulbs were working fine :banghead: I then swapped all my left bulbs with my rights ones, one by one, and figured out that the little park light bulb was causing the problem even though the bulb was not blown ...
