GT5 for PS3

Got my Gran to play GT 5... was trying to teach her to drive.

She's 68 years old and was loving my tuned M3.

The best times I could get around High Speed Ring, normal weather with a stock standard Z4 3.0 is 1:23.326 and stock 135i 1:21.124.

Whats ur guys best times on the Nurburg Ring? I got a 7min 20 in a e92 M3.

Hi ...I am new here and sorry to just chip in. 7:20 is outstanding! Is the car tuned? I got a 7:17.652 but the car is tuned to 550 PP race specifications.

Hi all. I just joined the forum today as I am looking for tips that will improve my E90 320D's performance.

But I also LOVE Gran Turismo ...can I give this time trial thing a shot too? I normally just run the The Green Hell in my tuned M5 in practice mode just about everyday but I would love to give a stock 135i the beans arond the High Speed Ring. I am level 40 in A and B spec so there is little else to do but do time attacks in practice mode. Mind if I join you guys?

Do you use the controller or steering wheel to play?
level 40 is HUGE dude... Im on 35 on a spec and 27 on bspec.

I managed a 6:05.22 the other day using the Audi v10 TDI race car.
No picture, but Freerider was there so he can confirm.

Would love to hold a GT5 day at my place soon. You in CPT?

and the fastest time recorded around the N.Schlief on my ps3 was by a friend who did it in 5:32.something...

what about a build a car challenge?

we choose a base say... M3 CSL (because its the best :rollsmile: )
track... Nurburg Ring (because its the best :rollsmile: )
and tires... sports soft (because racing makes it too easy)

No driver aids (because this tests your setup better )

one with the quickest time wins :rollsmile:

this can also be open to the forza and GT2 guys because they should have the car and the track :fencelook:

No CSL for Forza 4, only the regular E46 M3 and the GTR. Think it would be fair to use the regular E46 M3 in our case.
