Gruppe M Induction On e46 M3

Hi Guys

Has anyone fitted the Gruppe M Induction on their e46 M3 and can advise. Im looking at putting the Gruppe M Induction on my car but not sure if it makes a difference in terms of performance and if I will make the car heavier on fuel. I have heard that the airflow meter gets damaged when putting the induction has anyone experienced this

Google it and read on the overseas forums - guys actually reported a decrease in power when fitting this induction kit... The tone however is reportedly heavenly.

Iam running induction and my airflow meter is doing jus fine, my consumption drop as low as 5.6/100km on the highway ....tell you this, it sounds awesome. .

You won't notice any difference in performance. Maybe more lively throttle, but the car won't see more power. You will need Alpha N tune and cams to take advantage of the intake.

Yes like Crash said, crisp throttle response, but performance remains largely the same...still a nice mod

Seems to make a much cheaper than VAC carbon intake. How much of the correct kit/sensors comes with it i can not say.
