GP: TheFanatics "Save Speedway"

Good Day,

After a PLEA FOR HELP from Ralf of Speedway Motorsport, an advertiser on the BMWFanatics forum, the events team at TheFanatics has planned a day for the members of the forums and public to assist in saving Speedway.

On this day, Speedway Motorsport will offer Wheel Balancing and Alignment at R300 per vehicle. We would like to have at least 20 cars buy in for this special. Being a special, Speedway will request its Alignment specialist and one or two other staff member to work overtime, this cost will be taken out of the profits made on the day.

Together with the above, a meet and greet will also take place and you are welcome to bring your braai stand, gazebo and camping chairs. There is an open grass area on the side of Speedway which will cater for us perfectly. Please note, this is at your own cost.

Date: 6th December 2014
Time: 10h00 to 16h00
Venue: Speedway Motorsport, Detroit Plaza, Pretoria Road, Kempton Park. (Ralf will provide GPS Coordinates)
Cost: Purchase of Wheel Balancing and Alignment - R300​

Please assist us by adding your name to the list if you are keen to support, please, don't add your name if you are not certain you will be there. We need this list to keep track of response and support. If we cannot gather a minimum of 20 cars, this exercise will prove pointless.

Definitely won't be there, but why not have someone/people sponsor a Halaal and other Boerie stand at cost to sell on the day, cold drinks etc as well, and then all profits of that go to Ralf.

Or how about a Fanatics merchandise sale there, all profits go to Ralf.

Ralf, these are the lines you need to start thinking of Sir. There are many avenues for revenue within the car field, you need to start thinking out of the box at times and not rely solely on the forums to generate money.
Business doesn't have a start and end time for us business owners, evenings are usually just slow times for us, that's all. Idea generation, diversification and especially in your industry, specialization or point of differentiation is absolutely KEY to attracting customers..

I Was thinking of breyani but will be abit expensive to make for so many people,
