OK

so yesterday bought some toys. First went aournd to shops and the prices were too high so I looked on Gumtree and picked up some bargains well I think so any way.

for the son

for Me (these two bikes R5000 and the silver one is brand new)

For the wife. (R2000 got about 5hrs on it)

nothing too hectic just want to ride around and take in the views and loose some Kg's

 I suggest Koeberg to start of with, nice & straight with only one climb.
Then when you're ready, Tokai Silvermine, that'll put you into proper shape
I lost 30kgs in just under 3 months :fencelook:
Started cycling in 2010 Dec & by March I cycled in the MTB Argus :joy:

Very nice. I'll also recommend koeberg as an easy start and magik forest in welgemoed has some awesome single track. Don't forget to take the family for a hike up table mountain. There's a nice 1.5 hour hike up and the views are awesome!
