Any recommendations where I could get a new / refurb’ed fuel pump for a 2006 X5 3.D? Pump is on its way out.

how would one know a fuel pump is on its way out what are common symptoms?

You may want to try GoldWagen

Depending what engine it is Rowen, I have my OEM one from my 330d. Still 100% M57N-TU engine. I'd recommend a new one though.

The codes relate to low pump pressure. From the research I've done, this seems to be a common issue and the replacement of the pump is the fix.

Thanks Andy, it the pump in the tank thats actually faulty. I've tried G -Drive and they dont stock this pump.

Guys, who else can i try for the fuel pump that sits inside teh tank for an E53 X5 3.0D... It's getting rather urgent now. If all else fails I will have to go to the dealers

Do you know what make the stock pump is? Is it a Bosch? I am guessing that agents are going to quote you to replace the pump and the housing it's in. Try to get the pump out of it's housing, if it's a Bosch go to Diesel Electric.
