Fuel injection help

Guys, my fuel injection light comes on intermittently. Then car cuts out. Goes fine when started again. Help!:spit:

Maybe an Injection Cleaner?

Try injector cleaner eats your first tank of fule but you feel the inproovment i throw a bottle in once a year......:thumbsup:

Mike. It is in the bottom, middle of the cluster. Looks like a torch. Orange. Maybe maf or o2 sensor? I dunno. New to the bm clan.

I know more about Antelope and their breeding habits then I do about BMW clusters

With their oils etc I can help but not sure on what that light means. If it is a Injector Issue you can try our Injector Cleaner. If it is a MAF issue you can use our MAF Cleaner.

Thoughts anyone on what the issue could be?

james, if it is, google cleaning the MAF, its not tricky.

If it is not that, go to a scrap yard, and ask the guys if you can loan a MAF sensor to determine if that is the issue, fit it, and see if it changes, I know autofever does that.

Thanx zale, found loose sensor not properly clipped in on fuel injection thingamajik where Fuel filter screws on. Hope this was the fault.
