Front Numberplate Holder Delete

Howzit guys,

Im looking to remove the front number plate holder and replacing it with the much cleaner straight plastic bit.

Can anyone maybe point me in the right direction or does anyone maybe have a spare lying around?

Dealer i phoned says they don't stock it.

Guys in the state have a kit where you use the tow hook but i don't like the offset look.

That part 16. I've tried to get that from the dealers about 5 years ago and it showed up as R400 or something on their system, but they did not know where to get stock.

Much better. What irritates me is that people don't polish their older trim so you can clearly see its been replaced. Should look like a single piece of trim.

Can't really be sure it will fit the pre-f/l bumper though. Guess I could have a look on my mom's 328i.

Maybe you could do what gizmo does, and just modify the one you have so that it doesn't have the numberplate holder....

Paid something like R400 for mine, well worth it I think.

Not sure how one would modify the existing one. Did you get yours from the dealer Sank?

R400 is not bad. I was expecting the normal R1500.00 pricetag or something in those lines.

Yup got mine from the dealers....they also didn't have when I asked, but I just had them order it.
