Forum upgrade complete to 1.8.22

Hi everyone.

The forum upgrade was completed on Tuesday evening, 28th of April 2020 to version 1.8.22 which is the very latest version of MyBB available.

In the last day or so I also completed the following changes you will notice, apart from the theme and look:

• Like system is back, you will see the Like button for posts.
• Alerts plugin activated. @ChefDJ, this is the plugin I mentioned was installed previously, but only started working after the upgrade.
  This will alert users when other users like your posts, send you pms among other things. This can be configured in your User CP if you want to disable alerts.
• For the moderators I cleared out the queue which still had posts/threads from like 2016 waiting on moderation, to give them a clean start.

Outstanding items:

• Feature Request Some of them will have to be evaluated but most of the small ones might probably make it in over time
• Almost all issues the forum had have been resolved, however if you do have issue, please post them in Tracking forum issues
• Audit the plugins and remove those not working and not needed and upgrade the ones we want to keep

That moderation queue was never really reliable. It marked posts or threads awaiting moderation that never needed anything, and in fact this queue was never even taught to moderators.

Nice man! Glad to see some action being taken and the change of theme really helps emphasis that things are changing.

Small update. Post the upgrade there were an issue where many members were unable to post attachments to new threads in the Marketplaces/Sale-threads.

I have looked over most of these and this should be resolved now. If you still find yourself unable to post attachments(images) in the Marketplace and you have 100 or more posts already on the forum, please send me a private message or even here is fine.

Growing pains. Trying to reduce them. Dont want them everywhere
