For the E34 Fanatics

After two years the restore is coming along nicely.

Mechanicals now all fully rebuilt and have done some some of the cosmetics now. All that is left is the lower side skirts and bumper sections in Diamond black then it is as it came from the factory in 1992.

Without members such as Adi and P Smit I would never have been able to come this far, so a special thanks guys for the rare parts I got from you.

A whole bunch of random pics after the wash today (yes I know I had not vacuumed yet) This car is used as a daily and even though I drive gently I enjoy every bit of this old ///M as it was intended.

No strangely some of them did not, only early production, I checked the part number and there are two steerings with and without the M...wierd

Yes it is for the removeable factory tow hook (Who on earth would want to tow with an M5 I dont know) but it was factory installed so I left it as the wiring and brackets are all an integrated setup already.

Those turbines cleaned up nicely! Are you planning to keep the boot spoiler on? was that an original item?

Also, those motorsport door handels? did you import them or get them machined like that yourself? look so awesome!
