hi,

I had my F30 320D serviced at BMW

Couple days after it i went to https://www.bmw.co.za/en/topics/offers-and-services/bmw_services/my-vehicle-dashboard.html

It still reflect the service done in 2019 as the last service.
And on my cars Information page it shows the same.

(this is just an example, i cant load my image)

I sent a whats app to a friend at BMW:

££££: How’s it bud...
££££: That only shows services done under motor plan as far as I know
££££: After it should be stamped in book

This doesn't sound right?

shouldnt matter if the car is on motorplan or not for it to be reflected on the car... unfortunately this means you will have to take it back to the dealership.

They don't stamp the book, your key has all the service record and you can print that at any dealership. Just give them the key and ask them to print out your service record when you need one.

Official reply from BMW

Good morning Mr $$TECHNICIAN$$,

Thank you for contacting BMW Customer Service Department.

Please note that all the recorded services on the owners circle portal are from Motorplan claims, once the Motorplan undertaking expires and our customers pay cash for services and repairs, this will not be recorded on your dashboard.

Kind regards,

Also noticed the same thing, serviced my car at 110 000kms, doesn't appear on vehicle dashboard, even though they loaded it onto the idrive service history

If you want the service to show on your car's service history display, just go back to the dealership where you took your car for service and tell them what you want. But again, it is not necessary because you can download the service history at any dealership, from your key, any time if required. I tested the two last year when I realized my service book was not being stamped. If you want them to stamp your book, they can also do that for you, no need to panic. See my service history display below, last service was done last year at 140k, the car is on 144k now and the next service is at 150k. I service every 10k but you will see that 100k, 110k,120k and 130k are not shown on the display. Only 140k because I told them I want that to be displayed because I will be selling my car soon

I just did a service at MINI Centurion @ 108 000 km and it was recorded on the dashboard/screen. Vehicle does not have extended plan, cash was paid for the service.

Same here, on the webpage it is not recorded but on the key it is shown and my service books get stamped every time it needed a visit at the Dealership / workshop.
