Fibre ISP Options

Good day everyone

I'm looking at getting Fibre and would appreciate members' views on which Fibre provider they're using and their experiences (speed, service, stability, reliability, value for money).

I'm currently with Afrihost on an LTE product, and have not had any issues thus far. Speeds are good and service is quick (was chatting with them on whatsapp about an issue early on a Sunday morning! And they helped!).

I'm based in Morningside Manor, where Openserve has installed the Fibre lines in my estate.

My options at the moment are therefore Afrihost. They have a 20mbs download/upload product, which I think (hope) is sufficient for the occassional WFH and the usual Netflix/Showmax/BmwFanatics. They're charging R797 which I think is decent (or is it?).

Are there any other providers I should consider?

I'm in Morningside as well.

Using Cool Ideas with Vumatel. R1199 for 100/100 uncapped and great service, speeds a reliability. Have them for about 2 to 3 years.
