I am considering selling 2 M535i's. One was supposed to be a donor car to the other.
With enough time and money, you would be able to restore 1 of them very nicely.
Car 1:
Car starts and runs and the motor still feels very strong and starts on the turn. There is no structural damage on the car and the chassis is straight.
Original M30 motor, airflow meter etc with the Getrag, Dogleg gearbox. Recently fitted a new LUK clucth kit.
Sports seats with the original 3 spoke steering wheel. However, the interior is quiet untidy and will need work.
Car will need a re-spray and some minor bodywork.
16" E90 mags with three extra tyres.
Colour: Aqua
Papers and VIN/Engine number match. No police marks - have checked. 1985 model.
The car is number 75 of 492 (Production code: DC78)
Car 2:
This is the donor car. Doesn't start but cranks. The compression still seems good. No computer box and airflow meter but has a Dicktator Management system.
Original M30 motor with a Normal overdrive, manual gearbox.
Has had a slight front smash - only cosmetic damage and the chassis is straight. Grill, kidneys, lights etc are fine.
The interior is much neater than car 1 and would just need a clean up. Original parcel shelf, speaker covers, sports seats, 3 spoke steering etc. It has most of the tools in the toolkit.
5 x original BMW 14" mags (Alpina style), with owner's manual and spare keys.
Colour: Opal Grey
Papers and VIN/Engine number match. No police marks - have checked. Also 1985 model.
