Only 700nm? My guess is because they want the transmission and drivetrain to last longer than a trip to the local spar and back. Even with these brilliant diesels coming out these days I still can't see me behind the wheel of one...I will forever be a die hard petrol head!

I really hate the smell of diesel fumes, they really put me off altogether. Every time I start a diesel in my garage I open all the roller doors and vent the garage out for 15-20min before I go back in. I prefer to push a diesel through my garage than to start it and drive it through, that's how bad it is for me...
