I am a Big F&F Fan but it was ,,,,,, Average........

Now just an action movie. That M.I end scene was overrrr the Top! :=):

So in London there's DJ's and Strip Clubs outside on the pavements? STi's on Two Wheels? :roflol:

It was in Europe, they should have had more scenes with Hot European Cars of the generation... :-(

I thought this was a Big Fail >>>>>
Did anyone notice when The Rock was speaking of the "police" cars (The American Muscle Auction Scene Outdoors), he described the e60 M5's as Being V8 Twin Turbo's? WTF!

They were def e60's and not f10's.

Here, e60 535's dressed up as e60 M5's for the movie...

Also remember in Fast 4 that e39 "M5" that had e34 dials?

Ca'maaaaaan,
Can't get details like this wrong! :bangdesk:
IIRC the E39 in Fast 4 was a 540i6 with the European dash clocked in miles.

Watched it last night and enjoyed every bit of it.
Yes, some scenes were over the top, but that's what we had come to expect.
With regard to the runway scene, the action was so intense and with the death of Gazelle no one really cared of how long the runway was.
And with the E60's at the beginning, it was not mentioned that they were M5s nor did they appear to be M5s. They could have indeed been 560hp V8 twin turbos, so in my opinion, that was not a fail.
The racing was good, the story was plausible, the action was awesome.
Can't wait for 7. Read an article after Fast5 where it stated that 6 would lead into 7 and that's where the franchise will end.

Fast 6 I will watch again and again, now for th DVD to add to the collection:thumbs:

Watched it on the weekend...I absolutely love it!
Looking at it from a kids perspective it is just epic. The runway scene was very unrealistic but I didn't look at the movie from a "realistic" point of view so it never bothered me.
Also heard them mention V8 twin turbo, but you could hear that very unique V10 howl when going through the tunnels.
Absolutely loved that white Mustang though :inlove:

Watched it yesterday. Lots of muscle cars, black bmws, an alfa and range rovers. The opening scene put me off right from the start because it was fast forwarded and very clear they were actually doing about 60km.h.

Was still very entertaining. Although it was only an hour and a half it felt longer. All the "cool" cars like ferraris, lambos, etc were just show pieces and never even started.

But go and watch it. Stil enjoyable

From the pics of the E60s above, if they were M5s, how come they had just one set of twin tail pipes...

I also don't think they were genuine M5's. I was just saying they atleast put in effort to get that sound in there slightly
