FAO MODS - should we add a convertibles forum

Good day all website Moderators.
Q: Would it be possible to create a "CONVERTIBLES" Forum where us guys with convertibles can post our questions and DIY's, etc and also for quick reference if one perhaps needs to view a topic.

In BMW Models, possibly under the Mini Cooper Forum???

the problem is that a convertible is a derivative of a model and not a model itself.

My argument would be that the convertible is a unique derivitive of A certain model line, i.e. 1-series, 3-series, Mini, etc. which due to the difference in build and structure (e.g. top and interior panels) can pose different problems for owners than that of normal 2/4 door vehicles. But that's just my view, and if not possible/justifiable will be understood.

I wanted a vert but my dad allways said '' My boy drive anything as long as it has a roof light! '' so that just cut out verts and motor cycles!

Where will it end? The 4 cylinder guys have to read stuff about 6 cylinders. The two door guys have to suffer the complains of the 4 door crowd:slap: I propose a separate section under car care for light and dark paint finishes.:mmm:

Looks like we were outnumbered. But to be fair this result had to "closed" when it was 9-8 to the Verts! :banghead:
