doubt your average guy on the street will even notice what they've "facelifted"

the changes are very small, but enough to spoil the front of the car imo

(Text from wheels24)
"BMW's 3 Series range continues to ring in the changes; this time the Coupe and Convertible models receive subtle facelifts.

The 3 Series sedan was the first to be subjected to a raft of changes in 2009 and the more stylised, two-door versions are next in line.

But as with the sedan, BMW says the latest changes to its Coupe and Convertible models are about more than what simply meets the eye.

Sure enough - the view of the front, rear and side of the cars have been tweaked to give the cars a "sleeker … more dynamic … silhouette".

The cars also receive redesigned headlights, new options for exterior paintwork and leather upholstery, and new functions from BMW's ConnectedDrive. There will be greater focus, the manufacturer says, on integration of the mobile telephone and other entertainment devices and the car's iDrive system.

Engines in the line-up do not continue unaltered, either. It may be of little consequence to South African buyers, but all 3 Series engines are now Euro 5 compliant. However, the local engine offering is not expected to change when the car arrives here in mid-2010."

I read an article that they're releasing this facelift e92 in the states as a 335i and a 335is

The "is" is obviously the more expensive option and keeps the biturbo n54 with some "better" styling, but the "i" gets the N55 single turbo.
Interesting.

did u notice bmw stated no fogs for the e92 335is for better cooling.. But they are using fogs on the e93 335is.. Whats up with that?
Are they cutting costs on fogs as well

1st two turbos are too xpensive, now foglamps :)
