F30 Steering Wheel

Is it possible to change the steering wheel of a F30 to a leather steering wheel. I really don't like the plastic/rubber steering wheel as it feels a bit thin.

Any idea what the cost would be with fitting? They will also have to refit airbag I suppose...

It's leather indeed..... just the cheapest look leather without perforation!
We can help but don't have stock (so no exchange basis possible)

Best might be to look at getting a 1 series M sport wheel. Buttons and airbag *should* fit, so really you just changing the rim. Has nice smooth high quality leather.

Of course all us F20 owners want the F30 M sport wheel!!! But what is involved to change over is just madness. Will be the same for you as your starting point is the same as us.

Plastic/rubber !!!..... The f30 does have very stretched and firm leather - I've not known of rubber wheels on the f30

If it's one thing I hate on the F30 its the stock steering wheel. It is leather (had to look at the brochure to confirm) but it feels like plastic and is hard and the steering feels really thin:thumbdo:
