F30 steering fitment for z3

Hi all, is it possible to fit an f30 steering to a 2000 z3? The f30 wheel has paddles shift which I don’t need to have working as my z3 is a manual. Would the airbag still work?

I'm almost 100% sure this won't work without a lot of wiring.

Even an E90 steering would likely be a job.

shew, a good 15 years between airbags. The newer ones will probably use a firing mechanism that is at a lot higher voltage to the Z3.
Why not look at getting the Z3 customised?
