Moe, thanks for getting in touch on this...
I finally found them and got in contact, but there are some interesting bits / challenges to this over and above just the supply and retrofit.
For anyone else keen on doing this, here's a collection of information I have found to date;

Some other bits and bobs;
1) Coding for the shifters to be "enabled" will be necessary. Can someone suggest a coder in JHB to do this?
2) The gearbox itself can be coded from standard to 2TB (for more aggressive engagement.) If this is done without paddles however you will get a constant warning as the car will look for shifters and report them as missing. Lots of discussion on the topic, but I see BMW claims no performance benefit on the Diesel between normal and sport gearbox. (makes one wonder)
3) The cabling harness as per the video may or may not be necessary. Check this first, or order one regardless. The video is pretty detailed and methodical.
Lastly, would having this done void MP? If using original parts and following the BMW installation prep I can't imagine that it would? Does anyone know a dealership with a willing attitude to have a discussion around this? Maybe even get some assistance to do the process?
I would imagine if they package this right they could make a standard OEM retrofit kit and would probably sell quite well.
