technical f30 N55 Waterpump replacement

Hi everyone

I would like to know what prices im looking at to get my waterpump replaced by the end of the year.

Car is on 143 000 kms and believe its still on stock waterpump

The part usually costs about R4-5K from BMW directly and I'm sure they'll charge an arm and leg for labour.

Some RMI's will charge more for the part from BMW as well. My advice is buy the part from BMW and have it replaced at an RMI where you'll only pay for labour.

I had a quote from bmw for 10k for just the part, which is quite a lot for just the waterpump. I've heard of people getting them from bmw for much less so I'm not sure why it's so much
