F30 1-8 shortcut keys

Hi,

Just curious to see what others have programmed on their 1-8 shortcut keys.
Maybe one of you has found a really useful short cut function that was not immediately obvious to the rest of us.

Here are mine (LCI may have different features from pre LCI F30):

1. Tyre pressure
2. Sport dials
3. Go Home on Nav
4. Fuel consumption bar graph
5. Bluetooth Audio Stream
6. Trip Computer
7. BMW Connected Drive Menu
8. Traffic updates

On a side note, I found a really cool feature yesterday.
If you lightly place your finger (do not press down) on any of the shortcut keys, a small drop down pops out on the top of the screen to tell you what that shortcut key links to. This is brilliant if you do not want to activate any key function, but just want to see what each key can do. These touch sensitive keys are pretty cool.

1-4) Radio Stations
5) Navigation
6) Trip Computer
7) Tyre Pressure and temps
8) Power Torque view (I don’t use this at all though so I’m thinking of something to replace it.

I've been struggling to do this. It just doesn't want to work!

I go to the screen I'd like to create a shortcut for, press and keep the number button in, and nothing happens.

Also, I really want to add Sports Dials to my iDrive but have been told it can't be added.

Also: Fuel Consumption bar graph?!

(Car in question: 2015 pre-LCI 320d F30) See software version below:

@Ricky: When you hover your fingers over the button does it tell you what stored to that button?

Also, sports display is overrated. I honestly have maybe used it twice. The problem I have is the times I come anywhere close to getting to max figure I kinda need to be watching the road.

I'll check this afternoon about the buttons.

Sports display is only good to show off to a mate who has never seen it before, or to brag to a 320I mate who has never seen real torque before...

In case you guys with NAV didn't know, you can also add addresses as shortcuts, so "home" is usually a good one. "Work" also good if you have RTTI.
