sooooo, I didn't take a before pic because I was too excited to get started with the clean or polish of the rims. the rims were cleaned up and the lip was high polished some years back but because of weathering and neglect, the rims looked a tad worse for wear.
so I washed Betty and gave her a nice once over. Prior to this I had asked various guys how to bring the shine back and everyone said, have it redone and then one of my mates said, try some brasso.. I wont forget how I sneered and said, okaaaaaaaaaaaaaay..
sooooo off to the shops I went to get some brasso.
well.. I spent little over 2 minutes on the wheel with some elbow grease.. and the results were crazy.. it cleaned off the brakes dust and the pitted marks.
I really need to do a re-spray and get her ship shape
