Early F30 - CIC or NBT?

Quick question for the F30 guru's: When the F30 launched in SA, did it come with CIC or NBT? Seems the introduction of CIC was around 2013 - similar time as the F30 launch. However, did the early models come with CIC in SA?

Also, did the NBT2/Evo come out with the LCI in 2016?

The CIC was used until 2013 which was then replaced with the NBT from 2014.
