It is not just a question of getting them to fit.
You will more than likely have to use spacers behind the disc this will cause your rim to move further out. Then also make sure the rim you want to use will be able to clear the calipers, some rims shape inside are not favorable for larger brakes.
There is also the ratio between master cylinder bore size and piston size in caliper, and that works in conjunction to the brake pedal leverage.
In other words you dont want a pedal with too much travel (Master cylinder too small) or a pedal that is too hard (Master Cylinder too big or pedal ratio wrong)

Not too worried on the wheels as will be using very low offset wheels, and body arches all built out. If i use the master cylinder from the E92 any clue if it will work and sort out this issue?

First determine what the master cylinder bore sizes are of the e92 and e46
If you find they are way different then perhaps the solution would be to try and use the e92 master. check you rear caliper piston size and compare to the e92 rear caliper. Don`t think they will differ allot.

Powerbrake in Pta are very good.
Perhaps get a quote from them, I know of a few e46 race cars running their products.

Power brake or brembo upgrade no good?

i would rather go power brake than messing around with the e92 brake system

is there anyone that can carry out the mod for me? or suggest i just mock it up myself and give it a shot, hence the reason i do have the complete front suspension from the e92

e92 front suspension is very different to e46 dont think it is viable...

if you have the parts just try the disks and calipers to see whats what...

True... The guys at BMW thought it was so good that they even put most of it on the 1M too

the braking on the E92 as compared to the E46 M is day and night diff. I only plan on fitting the disk+calipers, will give it a shot and let you'll know
