- E92 M3 and E46 M3 CSL -

Here are some pics I took of some friends' cars! I absolutely love the E46 M3 CSL!! The induction noise, both inside and outside the car is :shocked: :thumbsup:

I tested both the E92 M3 Manual and the E46 M3 CSL (and another friend's normal E46 M3) for a little blog I started. The E92 is insanely fast!! :clap:

I'd take the CSL over the E92/90 any day of the week!! It may not be nearly as fast, but the whole driving experience stirs the senses! It's a car that wants to be driven!! I don't like the SMG II box though. Would much rather have a manual box, but since the CSLs didn't have the option, I'd live with the manumatic box... Still a pity.

The CSL driver used Launch Control to get off the line, and revved it redline every gear. The standard car is a manual and the launch can be modulated to be much more aggressive. We tested Nukleuz's (also a forum member here) standard M3 with him driving. The weather was basically exactly the same. A cool night.

There is a vid where the standard M3 runs against the CSL. Don't know if I can post a link to it here though... They basically run neck-in-neck all the way - nothing in it!
