E90 valve stem seals Cape Town

Looks like my 2009 320i is going to need the dreaded valve stem seal job done.

Any idea of costs and where to do it in Cape Town?

The car has 135k on the clock.

I spoke to brilliant mechanical about this and Rolf says 90% if the time there is a product he can put in the engine that helps the stem sesls reseal. Worth a try I'd say.
