E90 Tow bar adapter

I recently found out that the adapter on my mom's BM is not working. The car has a BMW fitted tow bar. It has been used twice since we've had the car. This might become a problem.. All the pins seem fine.. It was in a sealed box, so it couldn't have been damaged from previous use. Any advice? Anyone in Jhb area willing to lend me one? Just for Thursday? I have to go pick up my car's engine in Alberton, then take it to Kempton park.. Highway driving

I personally never ever had a towbar on any one of my cars. Good luck with your problem. :thumb:

Check if all the fuses are ok. You can try to get it sorted at a place that fits towbars and make it their problem. Because you don't want it to be your problem if the cars computer starts to smoke...

Agree with frikkie, maybe have a bmw dealership take a look, I know Leo Haese dont mind identifying a problem for free, but if they have to fix it, you pay...
