E90 Suspension Help, Polyurethane Bushings???

Hi Guys

I have recently picked up an ever so slight "Shimmy” on my steering wheel after 90kph, there is also a little play which is annoying me as I have gotten use to the precise steering wheel feel. After inspection it seems my right side control arm bushing is worn.
Just to know from you guys if anyone here fitted polyurethane bushes?? just hard is the drive after that? Can I buy the bushes alone and have them pressed into new arms ? or can I buy new arms that come with polyurethane bushes?
I really don’t like taking chances on suspension parts, so right now im thinking of changing all 4 arms including bushes, upper , lower , left and right. also fitted 4 new tyres so I want them to last.

Also who do you guys recommend as suspension specialist in JHB?

+1 Sean has excellent advise and products.

I bought and fitted poly bushes from him, both for rear subframe and front control arms. The stiffer ride was noticeable but not bad. Just take it slightly easier on bad roads.
